I found this stuff at a yard sale today. We picked up a bunch of other stuff including more clothes for Bailey, a disco light, a keyboard, an XBox game, a bag of stationary, and much more.
We first spotted these guinea hens in our neighbor's yard about a year ago. They have since migrated a couple hundred yards away in the open field where the boys ride their bikes. While on a walk, I noticed them feeding right by the road and snapped this photo of them.
I bargained with Bailey for a much needed haircut by offering her a new Webkinz critter. She cried after her haircut but it is much tamer now and looks great on her. I let her pick out a new Webkinz and she chose the Pink Poodle and we named her Cleo (as in Cleopatra). She couldn't be happier!
What celebration would be complete without fireworks? The campground spent about $2,000 on fireworks and it was quite a display, including a huge bonfire to keep us warm.
We can't stay home for long. This is from a camping trip to Wytheville, VA. Bailey is still working on eating her doughnuts. The boys gave her two more doughnuts so they would each have equal amounts. Notice how she eats her doughnuts from the top down.
Here is my attempt to track our year in pictures, one day and one picture at a time. Some days will be more eventful than others but each day promises to bring its own challenges and excitement. Come enjoy 365 days in our house!
