Apr 18: Run Bradley Run!
Apr 17: Jungle Book
Apr 14: Bailey's Rainbow
Apr 12: Happy Easter!

The boys could not wait to get home today to see what the Easter Bunny left for them. Bailey could not wait for them to get home so she could help me hide the eggs. This gave her an unfair advantage but with two big brothers, she needed it. Apparantly, it paid off because she got to the big egg first!
Apr 11: Hatfield-McCoy Trail
Apr 10: Maggie and the Pine Needles

I picked up some pine needles for part of our natural areas and set them down by the driveway. I let Maggie out of the basement and she is all excited to see us back home again, until she noticed that scary looking thing next to the driveway. [insert horror sounds here] She freaked out and started barking at it. Once I went over and touched it, she decided to check it out also.

Mar 31: Spring Break

We cannot really go anywhere for Spring Break since each of our school schedules is different. The boys were stuck in the house for the first 3 days of their spring break due to the excessive amount of rainfall we have had lately. So we let them pick out some $.59 movies to keep them busy. They never watched them all but instead chose to get wet playing outside anyway.
Mar 30: Rainbow Dash

Rainbow Dash had been missing since our last day on the soccer field and it had been too wet to return ever since. After a long break from the spring soccer season, the boys returned to the soccer fields, what did they find? Rainbow Dash! She was a bit muddy but Bailey gave her a bath and the Magic Eraser cleaned off the rest of the mud.
Mar 28: Earth Hour
Mar 26: The Bird

We have this bird Bailey found in the yard while loading everyone in the car. She didn't know what it was and picked it up and showed it to me. But it was a headless bird, and dead. I panicked, she screamed. I changed her and we used 3 doses of hand sanitizer and hurried off.
Once we get home, the bird is missing. Where did it go? A couple of days later Bailey's friend sees Maggie rolling around like a crazy dog in the grass. I knew something was up. Sure enough, she was rolling around on what was left of the dead bird. Eeewww. Why is this dog so nasty?
