Among the many things the kids got into today I believe the birthday party was the best received. Steve took the boys riding this morning and they were run off by a foul-mouthed man who apparantly didn't know enough English to talk properly. Then Qustin's birthday party was this afternoon. She had a trailer load of animals there from a local farm as a portable petting zoo. The kids got to get up close and personal to a variety of animals and hold and feed them as long as they wish. After an hour the rain resumed and we had to run inside. It seems like it rains here about every day now. We have been doing a snow dance but it just can't get cold enough.
